1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and services.

2. Rental Eligibility and Requirements

To rent a vehicle with Freely, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or older, depending on vehicle category).
• Possess a valid driving license suitable for the rented vehicle category.
• Provide a valid passport or national ID card.
• Provide a security deposit as specified in the reservation flow.

3. Use of Rented Vehicles

The renter agrees to use the vehicle in a responsible manner and adhere to all traffic laws in Italy. The vehicle must not be used:

• For carrying passengers or property for hire.
• For propelling or towing any vehicle or trailer.
• By any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
• In any race, test, or contest.

4. Security Deposit and Cancellation

A security deposit of €1,000 (or the amount designated for the category) is required for each vehicle. The deposit will be fully refunded within standard banking processing times after the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Freely is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
